Mr. Voss <br /> explained that an improperly placed signal or light can be more damaging <br /> than actually not having one at all. <br /> F. Martinson moved ahead to number 4 on the agenda with no objections. <br /> RESOLUTION—TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT 1-10 <br /> Construct an Animal Hospital, Lot 1, Block 4, Pequot Lakes Industrial Park. <br /> Resolution finding that the Tax Increment Financing Plan for the Tax <br /> Increment Financing District No. 1-10 conforms to the general plans for the <br /> Development and Redevelopment of the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> After a long discussion the issue was tabled as the Commission requested that <br /> a meeting be scheduled with Dr. Teasck to discuss the plans for the <br /> Veterinary Clinic. <br /> NUISANCE ORDINANCE <br /> Discussion regarding amending Nuisance Ordinance No. 183 and violations <br /> submitted by the Commission Members. <br /> The purpose of this discussion is to possibly amend the Ordinance to make it <br /> stricter on vehicle violations. <br /> F. Martinson tabled the issue to allow the Commission to read the Pequot <br /> Lakes Nuisance Ordinance and the Ironton Ordinance. <br />
