OLD BUSINESS
A building owned by Gilroy Arvig, located on the north side of Pequot Auto
Parts has been considered a nuisance. Mr. Arvig was notified of the violation
last winter. The Police Department spoke with Arvig personally on the matter
and it was decided that demolition of the building could wait until the spring
of 2000. As of June 2000 the building is still on the property. It was
suggested that Martinson send a letter to Mr. Arvig giving him 45 days to tear
down the building. A copy of the letter will be given to the Police
Department.
NEW BUSINESS
A photograph was presented to the Commission of an old barn that needs to
be demolished. The property is located on E. Grove Street and belongs to
Vern Buss.
