ZONING ORDINANCE # 163, SECTION 14.53: SHORELAND <br /> �.. ALTERATIONS <br /> T. Saccoman had revised a sample ordinance regarding guidelines for land <br /> alterations & vegetation for land other than shoreland. The Commission <br /> discussed the best landscaping issues for Pequot Lakes. <br /> It was decided that the Deputy City Clerk combine the information for the <br /> next regular meeting, the Commission will then present it to the City Council <br /> for final approval. <br /> PARTNERS 56472 <br /> There was nothing to report. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> The Deputy City Clerk informed the Commission that the Arvig building on <br /> Front Street had been demolished as instructed by the Commission and the <br /> Police Department. It was also mentioned that Mr. Arvig did not apply for a <br /> zoning permit for the demolition and would receive a letter regarding an <br /> "After The Fact"permit which will cost Mr. Arvig 3 times the original permit <br /> fee (minimum of$500.00) <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> The Deputy City Clerk informed the Commission that Mike Arvig purchased <br /> 2 prime lots in the Pequot Lakes Industrial Park 6 months ago. The Council <br /> gave him 1 year to develop. This was for information only and for the <br /> Commission to have time to prepare for action if Mr. Arvig did not build on <br /> the lots. <br />
