MOTION BY J. THOMPSON AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN <br /> THAT THE RESOLUTION BE APPROVED, FINDING THAT THE TAX <br /> INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR THE TAX INCREMENT <br /> FINANCING DISTRICT NUMBER 1-12 CONFORMS TO THE <br /> GENERAL PLANS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVLOPMENT <br /> OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES. MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> RESOLUTION— FRONTAGE /BACKAGE ROAD <br /> F. Martinson made a motion that a resolution be approved finding that the <br /> plans for the proposed frontage/backage roads be approved. The proposed <br /> roads would begin at County Road#168 & County Road#107 and extend <br /> north. <br /> MOTION BY T. SACCOMAN AND SECONDED BY G. WELU THAT <br /> THE RESOLUTION BE APPROVED. MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT— CAM <br /> BLOWERS <br /> Cari Blowers purchased the home located at 104 (31023) Spruce Street. She <br /> would like to open an Antique/Quilt Shop in the home. The property is zoned <br /> Medium Density Residential. An Antique Shop is zoned Commercial. <br /> Ms. Blowers explained the plans for her shop and presented the Commission <br /> members with a drawing of the property including parking. <br /> Martinson called for a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, August 15, <br /> 2000. <br /> MOTION BY G.
