Mr.Rudbeck requested that the Commission <br /> leave the parcel as presently zoned Residential. He stated that there have been problems with Mr. Fyle's <br /> business operating out of the metal structure on the parcel of land which is visible from his property. This <br /> was a violation which was taken up with Crow Wing County in the past. <br /> The Commission felt by having it Rural Residential instead of Residential it could not be divided up into <br /> smaller parcels and would remain as one parcel. Mr.Fyle's parcel is 5 and'A acres and Rural Residential <br /> requires 5 acre parcels for division. Dennis stated he found no commercial use of the Fyle property. Mr. <br /> Rudbeck question: Was not the repair of motor homes a commercial business? <br /> Karl Moon made a motion to recommend to the Board to re-zone Fyle property from Residential to Rural <br /> Residential.
