1. Roger Langenbau;
2. Wilderness Resort;
3. Virgil Dahl;
4. Lonesome Cottage Furniture Co.
OPEN FORUM:
7. a. Al Berens, 30737 Old Highway 371, Pequot Lakes, MN.
Mr. Berens indicated that he was purchasing property from the Tulenchik's and was
requesting a Special Meeting in order move the process along so he could get a building
up. After much discussion, it was determined that the piece of property being purchased
was by metes and bounds and could not be sold as such. It was a part of an entire piece
being submitted for subdivision. The City Council would have to approve a sale of
property by metes and bounds. The question as to whether it was properly zoned as
commercial was also brought up. It was determined that there may not be a resolution to
all questions in January. Mr. Berens agreed to withdraw his request and he would be
building his building in Pine River. Chairperson Nagel expressed his regret that his
business would not be in this area.
OLD BUSINESS:
Mr. Marohn reported that he is continuing with the Zoning Map update. A draft should
be available at the November meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
9. a. Rog Hardy, Von Ro, Conditional Use Permit.
