Screen Porch —A homeowner had requested an opinion from the <br /> Commission regarding repairs to a porch located within the 75' <br /> setback. The Commission recommended that new siding and windows <br /> would not require a Variance, but changes in the roof-line and <br /> structure would. <br /> A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by John Derksen, to adjourn the <br /> meeting.
