These Minutes were transcribed from the tape of the meeting. <br /> MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING <br /> SEPTEMBER 16,2004 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Tom Woog, Commission Chair, at 5:30 p.m. This <br /> meeting was scheduled early to discuss the proposed layout of the Highway 371 <br /> expansion. Tim Houle, City Engineer, explained the MnDOT proposal and the <br /> comments from the 371 Committee. <br /> The regular meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Woog. All members <br /> were present except Dean Williams and John Derksen. (Dean Williams was in <br /> attendance at some point after the beginning of the meeting.) <br /> APPLICANT: Mark Schoeb <br /> Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Sales and Service. <br /> Applicant was present. Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report and stated that a new <br /> drawing had been received the previous day and he hadn't been able to determine if all of <br /> the missing information was included. Mr. Schoeb requested this matter be tabled. <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to table (Who made and seconded was not audible). <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Stellar Properties of Minnesota, LLC <br /> Applicant requests Preliminary Plat of Pequot Lakes Business Park. <br /> Kevin McCormack, Landecker and Assoc., was in attendance representing applicant. Mr. <br /> Marohn explained the Staff Report, stating that the Findings of Fact are the same as the <br /> Plat previously approved for Joni Tulenchik. The City Council added Conditions 1 —6. <br /> There was no public comment. A PUD would better define the building sites. Mr. <br /> McCormack stated that the applicant is open to a PUD, but would like to proceed with <br /> the preliminary plat and obtain general information and feedback. Applicant prefers to <br /> proceed with the plat. <br />
