Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: She stated that the Commission would <br /> need to discuss David Swenson, Cathi McBryde and Linda Swenson at the <br /> March meeting. <br /> (The meeting was recessed at 7:35 to allow the City Council to take action on the <br /> Planning Commission recommendation.) <br /> The meeting was reconvened at 7:36. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Public Hearing on the DRAFT Pequot Lakes Comprehensive Plan. <br /> The following are comments or suggestions made by Commission Members or <br /> the audience: <br /> 1. Photographs need to be labeled as to how it supports the text. <br /> 2. Page color—some pages too dark. <br /> 3. Page 8: how do we compare to state demographics? Add. <br /> 4. Page 10: Aging Infrastructure— remove "local government mergers". <br /> 5. Page 18: Comm. Character—"annual" listed in 5 year Action —change to <br /> review bi-annually. <br /> 6. Housing Section: (A) Redevelopment potential explained. (B) Rental <br /> property ordinance discussed. (C). Either in short term or mid-term <br /> �_. action, add Housing Plan for the City to partner with the HRA to do a site <br /> survey to identify deficiencies. <br /> 7. Page 20: Site#4— identify as Post Office. <br /> 8. Page 38: Policies, last sentence— remove "actively pursue" and add <br /> "consider". <br /> 9.
