� <br />• Sanitary Sewer (additional lines or upgrades in current <br />pipes) <br />• Water Lines (additional lines or increased pipe size) <br />• Storm Sewer (additional pipes and a discharge area) <br />• Increased Amount of Pedestrian Sidewalks (wider <br />walks and safer crosswalk areas) <br />• Streets (wider and safer to allow for more parking <br />stalls) <br />• Utility Work (designed to allow for future expansion <br />or improvements to the east for two blocks including <br />Washington Avenue, Old Highway 371, and County <br />Road 112) <br />If the Council decides to move forward with the design <br />work of Government Drive, perhaps a committee could be <br />�-- formed to work with the property owners, engineers, city <br />staff and Council to determine what the design work should <br />include and what the future of Government Drive will <br />entail. <br />Council Action Requested: Council decision on whether <br />or not to move forward with the design phase of <br />Government Drive. <br />� <br />
