� <br />City of <br />Pe uot <br />q <br />Lakes = _ <br />AGENDA ITEM #9.4. <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Date: January 4, 2011 <br />Subject: Government Drive Discussion on Whether to <br />Move Forward with Design Work <br />Report: It is time to begin thinking in terms of the future <br />�- of Government Drive. The street is in poor condition and is <br />in need of repair. In the past the Council has held many <br />discussions on this street in regard to what repairs are <br />necessary and how to fund the proj ect. I believe that this <br />project should not be delayed too much longer. If this <br />proj ect continues to be delayed, the road will require a <br />temporary fix which will include a large amount of <br />patching and repairs that would have to be removed at a <br />later for future necessary improvements. <br />The ultimate goal of the Government Drive project should <br />include completion of the entire length of Government <br />Drive from East Grove Street to East Woodman Street with <br />the following improvements: <br />� <br />
