Pequot Lakes Economic Development Commssion Survey <br /> Purpose—To gain a better understanding of Pequot Lakes' Strengths, Weaknesses, <br /> Opportunities and Threats (SWOT Analysis) from a wide variety of perspectives. <br /> Project Outcomes—The information will be compiled, reviewed and summarized by an <br /> outside agency (Initiative Foundation??) to help the leaders in the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> with more information when dealing with current initiatives and future opportunities. In <br /> addition, the PL EDC committee may develop a marketing brochure to promote the City <br /> based on the assets and opportunities identified. <br /> Participants—The survey will be distributed to residents, businesses, City committees, <br /> the Chamber of Commerce, and others to seek feedback.
