the City. The Planning Commission stated that a Metes and Bounds Subdivision was <br /> required. The Ordinance requires 2-foot contours. The Commission waived this <br /> requirement and asked for 10-foot contours. <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by Bill Habein, to approve the metes <br /> and bounds subdivision, subject to the following: <br /> 1. Staff was directed to confirm to their best ability the locations and lack of conflict <br /> with this subdivision as laid out with adjacent properties. <br /> 2. Applicant shall file subdivision with County,when approved. <br /> 3. Applicant shall fill out subdivision form and pay application fee. <br /> 4. Staff directed to contact the County Recorder and express our frustration with <br /> them filing without City approval. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Staff was directed to make a field review. <br /> MARK HALLAN LEFT AT 10:30. <br /> TALL TIMBERS CAMPGROUND EXPANSION—Sketch Plan Review <br /> Scott Pederson presented the sketch plan he had submitted and took comments from the <br /> Commission. He did question whether or not there was a way to require a Conservation <br /> Design in our Ordinance. <br /> PERMIT REQUIREMENT FOR STAIRWAYS WITHIN THE LAKE SETBACK: <br /> Chairman Woog and Staff explained that they had met with the contractor for Patricia <br /> Heald's steps to the lake. Permits are required for stairways and there should probably be <br /> a set fee on the Fee Schedule. Staff will make a recommendation for the Fee Schedule <br /> for 2006. <br /> DECEMBER COUNCIL MEETING—Volunteer needed to be liaison. <br /> Tom Adams was appointed to be the December Liaison to the Council. (Mr. Woog will <br /> not be available in January or February as Liaison.) <br /> IMPERVIOUS COVERAGE IN LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE: <br /> Mr. Woog asked if the 25% impervious coverage was possibly too low since the <br /> Industrial Park is the only part of town served with storm sewer.
