OLD BUSINESS: <br /> State Building Code: <br /> The Commission requested to have this tabled until next month. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Roger Varilek, to accept the Minutes <br /> of the special September 7, 2005 meeting, as corrected. All members voted "aye". <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Bill Habein, to accept the Minutes of <br /> the regular September 15, 2005 meeting, as read. All members voted "aye". Motion <br /> carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Bittner pointed out the 11 permits issued and the 16 letters written. <br /> Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The following potential violations were <br /> discussed: <br /> 1. Darrell Lake — Staff was directed to have Alan Cibuzar of AW Research inspect <br /> fmal restoration. <br /> 2. Cathi McBryde—Staff and Chief Braam will make a final attempt to contact her. <br /> 3. Kevin Nelson — Mr. Nelson failed to appear tonight during Open Forum. The <br /> Planning Commission stated that the pallets are not acceptable materials for a <br /> fence. <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by John Derksen, to adjourn the <br /> meeting. All members voted "aye".
