15. Thomas Morris—Staff has received a complaint of a garbage odor possibly <br /> coming from his garage. Mr. Morris's Guardian has been contacted. This <br /> will remain on the violation list. (5/05) <br /> 16. James and Barbara Whitty—Staff is awaiting a response from their <br /> attorney. (6/04) <br /> 17. Valerie Dwight—The attached letter was sent to Ms. Dwight from Keith <br /> Pohl, District Manager of SWCD requesting information. (5105) <br /> 18. Dan Gottsch—City Street Department Staff has not been contacted by Mr. <br /> Gottsch, but did state there was no new erosion from heavy rains August <br /> 9. (7/05) <br /> 19. Jan Lee—Ms. Lee's renter contacted Staff and was granted an extension to <br /> September 12 to remove and/or properly store refuse and exterior storage. <br /> (8/05) <br /> 20. Bonnie Watt— (5/05) <br /> 21.Northwest Paper Company— Staff received a complaint and wrote the <br /> enclosed letter. Staff was contacted by Ed Patrias, a representative of <br /> Potlatch, and assured refuse would be removed by deadline and he will <br /> notify when completed. Staff will verify. (8/05) <br /> 22. HRA, Sharon Thurlow—A Planning Commission member received a <br /> complaint about the vacant lot on Ash Street purchased by the HRA where <br /> a home had been removed with basement area flagged off. Staff contacted <br /> Sharon Thurlow and the parcel has been purchased by Region 5 and they <br /> will be making application to build a new home soon. (8/05) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> 23. Curt Pestello: This violation is still on hold pending our new sign <br /> ordinance. <br /> 24. Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation.
