Given the reduction in accessory structure size, the applicants shall demonstrate <br /> that they can store all business related equipment inside the new accessory <br /> structure. The applicant shall provide documentation stating that the current septic system <br /> has the capacity to handle the addition of the proposed bathroom. <br /> 4. No new accesses shall be added to the property. Rather,the existing access off of <br /> Evenson Road shall serve as the access for the entire property. <br /> 5. The storage of chemicals shall meet the regulations of the Department of Natural <br /> Resources and the Department of Agriculture. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Selter stated that they are not ready to build the accessory structure at this time and <br /> had gone through the process to see what would be allowed.
