18. Valerie Dwight—Staff noticed that the 400 sq. ft.parking area had been <br /> increased substantially from last fall. SWCD is issuing a restoration order. <br /> (5/05) <br /> 19. Beverly Gibbons—Staff received a complaint regarding the lawn not <br /> being mowed. Staff sent the attached letter. The lawn was mowed. Staff <br /> will continue to monitor. This will remain on the violation list. (6/05) <br /> 20. Lee Ann Davis—Staff received a complaint regarding the lawn not being <br /> mowed. Staff sent the attached letter. The lawn was mowed. Staff will <br /> continue to monitor. This will remain on the violation list. (6/05) <br /> 21. Dan Gottsch—Mr. Gottsch's driveway has eroded onto Olson Road again. <br /> Staff sent the attached letter. (7/05) <br /> 22.Nathan Bollig—Mr. Bollig had several abandoned vehicles and a boat in <br /> his yard, as well as an un-maintained lawn. Staff sent the attached letter. <br /> Mr. Bollig has mowed the lawn, removed the boat and has advertisements <br /> running for the vehicles. Staff will monitor. (6/05) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> 23. Curt Pestello: This violation is still on hold pending our new sign <br /> ordinance. <br /> 24. Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation.
