Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. December Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Daniel Keller, 5920 Inland Trails,an addition. <br /> 2. Nancy Adams,4784 Olson Road,a storage building. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following letters of correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. December 6 letter to Roger Langenbau regarding refuse along the Paul <br /> Bunyan Trail. <br /> 2. December 6 letter to John Derksen regarding abandoned vehicle parked on <br /> City street. <br /> 3. December 6 letter to Robert Fischer regarding resolution of erosion <br /> problem. <br /> 4. December 6 letter to Juliet Lilgaroth regarding resolution of off-site sign <br /> placement. <br /> 5. December 6 letter to Sharon Thurlow, HRA,requesting assistance creating <br /> a long-term housing plan. <br /> 6. December 6 letter to Joyce Denzer regarding exterior storage and junk <br /> cars. <br /> 7. December 20 letter to Lary Lien regarding junk cars. <br /> IN., C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: Mr. Swenson had made real progress removing the <br /> vehicles. No new progress. (10/02) <br /> 2. John E.MacGibbon: Mr.Marohn met with the City Attorney,Tom <br /> Fitzpatrick,on November 19 and Mr.Fitzpatrick is working on this. <br /> These is nothing additional to report. <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney,Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr.Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 4. Lance Schmidt: The renter is moving and staff will monitor exterior <br /> cleanup. <br /> 5. Babinski—Mr. Marohn met with the City Attorney,Tom Fitzpatrick,on <br /> November 19. Mr. Fitzpatrick has forwarded a letter to Mr.Babinski <br /> January 2005 Staff Report Page 2 <br />
