MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> DECEMBER 16,2004 <br /> PRESENT: Dean Williams, Bill Habein, Marty Nelson, Karl Moon, Mark Hallan, John <br /> Derksen, and Tom Adams. ABSENT: Tommy Woog. <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: Mary Pfeiffer. <br /> PLADO: Stu Sorenson and Mark Jurchen. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Charles Marohn, PE. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Dawn Bittner. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Karl Moon, Vice-Chair, at 6:30 p.m <br /> There were no public hearings on the Agenda. At the request of the Zoning <br /> Administrator,the Vice-Chair recommended moving ahead on the Agenda to Open <br /> Forum. <br /> OPEN FORUM: <br /> Roger Langenbau was in attendance. Mr. Langenbau had been contacted by Staff <br /> regarding refuse and debris on his property along the Paul Bunyan Trail. Mr. Langenbau <br /> stated that he did not place the refuse and debris along the Trail. It was there when he <br /> purchased the property. The refuse and debris is in the DNR right-of-way, not on his <br /> property. The old railroad trestle is also along the Trail and was placed there by the <br /> railroad. Staff was directed to contact the DNR with our concerns over this situation. <br /> There was no one else in attendance for Open Forum. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: <br /> 7. a. Polly Gundy <br /> NEW BUSINESS: None. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Staff reported that Mrs. Gundy had telephoned and left a message stating that she didn't <br /> need to be on the agenda for this month or any other month.
