PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING APRIL 18, 1995 Chairman D. Oien called the Pequot Lakes Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing to order April 18, 1995 at 6: 35 p.m. at the Pequot Lakes city hall . Roll call showed D. Oien, C. Robideaux, M. Jurchen, J. Oraskovich and K. Cummings all present . The purpose of the hearing was to rezone a portion of Government Lot 7 for petitioner Mary Rush. Mrs . Rush was present and requested the commission rezone the property in her petition from Waterfront Commercial to Wooded Residential . No one from the public was present . The Zoning Administrator informed the Commission that she did not receive any calls or letters regarding the rezoning petition. Motion by K. Cummings and seconded by J. Oraskovich to recommend to the City Council that the following described properties be rezoned from Waterfront Commercial to Wooded Residential and the official zoning map be amended: 1 . TRIANGLE TRACT - That part of Govt Lot 7 , Sec. 15 , T 136N, R 29W, Crow Wing County, MN, described as follows : Commencing at a point on the W line of said Govt Lot 7 , at the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec . 16, T 136N, R 29W, Cass County, MN; thence S 2 deg. 4 min. 35 sec. E assumed bearing along said W line 160' to the point of beg. of the tract to be herein desc. ; thence S 60 deg. 4 min. 35 sec. E 100' ; thence S 39 deg. 45 min. 25 sec. W 127 . 15 ' , more or less , to said W line of Govt Lot 7 ; thence N 2 deg. 4 min. 35 sec . W along said W line 147 . 73 ' to the point of beg. Together with an easement for ingress , egress and utility purposes over, under and across that part of the W 33 ' of said Govt Lot 7 , the W line of said easement begin desc. as follows : Commencing at a point on the W line of said Govt Lot 7 , at a the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec . 16 , T 136N, R 29W, Cass Co. , MN; thence S 2 deg. 4 min. 35 sec.
