STAFF REPORT Item for Discussion: Subdivision Consideration Applicant: Kevin Wittwer Background Information: Mr. Wittwer owns a property in the northern part of the City on County Road 16 that is approximately 16 acres in size and is zoned Rural Residential. Mr. Wittwer would like to subdivide his property into three parcels, each being at least 5.0 acres and has proposed the configuration found in this report. Staff has discussed this configuration with Mr. Wittwer and has indicated that the proposed subdivision would not meet the provisions of the Ordinance since the one lot only measures 50 feet wide at the midpoint of the building line. The Ordinance also does not allow for easements to access public right-of-way. Mr. Wittwer would like to discuss this matter with the Planning Commission to receive feedback and direction about how to proceed with the property. July 2005 Staff Report 5- {PAG E }
