STAFF REPORT <br /> Item for Discussion: Subdivision Consideration <br /> Applicant: Kevin Wittwer <br /> Background Information: Mr. Wittwer owns a property in the northern part of the City on <br /> County Road 16 that is approximately 16 acres in size and is zoned Rural Residential. Mr. <br /> Wittwer would like to subdivide his property into three parcels, each being at least 5.0 acres and <br /> has proposed the configuration found in this report. Staff has discussed this configuration with <br /> Mr. Wittwer and has indicated that the proposed subdivision would not meet the provisions of <br /> the Ordinance since the one lot only measures 50 feet wide at the midpoint of the building line. <br /> The Ordinance also does not allow for easements to access public right-of-way. <br /> Mr. Wittwer would like to discuss this matter with the Planning Commission to receive feedback <br /> and direction about how to proceed with the property. <br /> July 2005 Staff Report <br /> 5- <br /> {PAG <br /> E } <br />
