Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. March Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Bill Pestello, 31094 Front Street,to construct an addition. <br /> 2. David Lauer, 30954 Government Drive, to construct a retail store/office <br /> building. <br /> 3. Ross Antoine, Lot 6, Block 5, Field of Dreams, to construct a new home <br /> and attached garage. <br /> 4. Cody Abbott, Lot 10, Block 1, Branches, to construct a new home and <br /> attached garage. <br /> 5. Wayne and Dayna Jensen, 30671 Highway 371, to erect a sign. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following letters of correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. March 17 letter from Ron Morreim to Tom Woog re: proposed Wilderness <br /> Point Resort PUD <br /> 2. March 22 letter to Jon Nornberg extending time to remove off-site sign. <br /> 3. March 31 letter to Dawn Bittner from Ann Beaver re: Wilderness Resort <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: Mr. Swenson has removed all abandoned vehicles except <br /> the pontoon and a grader. He stopped at City Hall and assured Staff that <br /> he will remove the pontoon as soon as it thaws out. The grader will be <br /> used this spring and not be stored at this location. (10/02) <br /> 2. John E. MacGibbon: Mr. MacGibbon died a few weeks ago. <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr. Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 4. Lance Schmidt: The renter has moved and the exterior storage is being <br /> removed. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> 5. Babinski—Councilman Ryan has been working with the Babinski's and <br /> they have submitted a new application and site plan. Staff has received <br /> recommendations from the City Engineer and forwarded them on to Mr. <br /> April Staff Report Page 1 <br />
