SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PEQUOT LAKES CITY COUNCIL <br /> TUESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2004 <br /> PEQUOT LAKES CITY HALL <br /> Members Present: Mayor C. Malecha, Council Members Johnson, Bolz- <br /> Andolshek, Sjoblad, Akerson, Pfeiffer, and Ryan <br /> Members Absent: None <br /> Staff Present: Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Tim Houle and Mike Rude, City <br /> Engineers <br /> 1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the special meeting of the Pequot Lakes City <br /> Council to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> 1.1 Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Malecha led with the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Highway 371 <br /> Tim Houle reviewed the comments from Staff, citizens and other parties from the <br /> memo dated September 27, 2004. Tim noted that following the Council's review <br /> of these comments, he would send them to MnDOT. He further stated that many <br /> of the areas of discussion would more than likely be revisited at different stages <br /> of the project. Tim suggested that the City consider assigning a committee to <br /> work with MnDOT on various project issues and concerns. <br /> Tim Houle proceeded to review items in the memo. <br /> The consensus of the Council was to send the comments to MnDOT. <br /> 2. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br /> MOVED TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION.
