We plan on closing on the building sometime in March. <br /> Sibley Hall Building <br /> The City's counter offer on the price of $170,000 has been accepted. <br /> However, the buyer has placed a contingency on the zoning of the <br /> property (See attached contingencies). <br /> The Planning Commission will be considering an ordinance <br /> amendment to allow professionallservice-oriented businesses and <br /> related uses in the agricultural zone with a conditional use permit. <br /> The buyer has made application for a conditional use. All of this <br /> should be complete by the first Council meeting in March. <br /> The buyer is requesting that these contingencies bind the sale and <br /> that the Council not look at any other offers. This is a decision that <br /> must be made by the Council on February 3. <br /> Report.doc <br />
