Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the special meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br /> order at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21, 2004. <br /> 2. Workshop to Discuss Highway 371 <br /> The Council held a workshop to discuss issues and receive information on the <br /> Highway 371 project. Representatives from MnDOT and the City's engineering <br /> firm were present to provide information to the Council and to answer questions <br /> from the Council and public. <br /> Tim Houle reviewed items listed in his memo dated January 17, 2004. The memo <br /> addressed issues relating to the by-pass and through-town alternatives. <br /> The Mayor noted that the Council would hold a public hearing on February 3, <br /> 2004. <br /> 3. Adiournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br />
