Malecha, Council Members Oraskovich, Nagel, <br /> Sjoblad, and Ryan <br /> Staff Present: Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Dawn Bittner, Zoning <br /> Administrator <br /> 1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br /> order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 1.1 Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Malecha led with the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> THE AGENDA WAS APPROVED AS PRESENTED. <br /> 3. Lonesome Cottage Purchase Agreement <br /> The City Clerk presented the purchase agreement for the sale of industrial <br /> park Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, Block 2 of the Pequot Lakes Industrial Park for <br /> $146,000. Brandon Andersen of Lonesome Cottage was present. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO AUTHORIZE <br /> ENTERING INTO A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH LONESOME <br /> COTTAGE FOR LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, AND BLOCK 2 OF THE PEQUOT <br /> LAKES INDUSTRIAL PARK FOR $146,000. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Wellhead Protection Implementation Update <br /> Zoning Administrator Dawn Bittner distributed the Wellhead Protection <br /> Program Annual Report for 2007. Dawn updated the Council on the <br /> wellhead protection program. <br /> 5. Economic Development Worksession <br />
