AGENDA ITEM #5.1 and 5.2 <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Date: October 3, 2006 <br /> Subject: Complaints about High Water/Sewer Bills <br /> Report: Larry Leege and Lois Swenson have indicated <br /> that they will be in to request the Council to reimburse <br /> them for the sewer portion of their utility bill. Both have <br /> `., sprinkling systems and had large water sewer bills. Staff <br /> has informed all individuals who have complained that the <br /> Council has adopted a new summer watering policy that <br /> will be implemented in 2007. To date, the City has not <br /> reimbursed anyone for high bills this summer. <br />
