i <br /> AGENDA ITEM #6.2. j <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Date: September 5, 2006 <br /> Subiect: Park Board — Cement Bid for Bobber Park <br /> Report: At the August meeting the Council authorized the <br /> use of the cable grant funds of$5,000 to be used toward the <br /> construction of the Bobber Park. The Council also <br /> `- discussed the use of Park Dedication funds to construct this <br /> park area, but made no decision on the use of these funds at <br /> that time. <br /> Del Anderson, Park Board Chair, informed the Council that <br /> he was working toward getting bids to pour the concrete at <br /> the Bobber Park. Del will have three bids for this work to <br /> present to the Council. One of the bids is attached to this <br /> report. The other two will be handed out at the Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion approving <br /> bid for concrete work at Bobber Park, with funding to come <br /> from the Cable Commission Funds or Park Dedication <br /> Funds. <br />
