One of the <br />requirements of the loan is for the City to hold a public <br />informational meeting after pre-application has been made <br />and before the loan is approved. <br />This meeting has been noticed (by publishing and posting). <br />Chief Tom Nelson will be present to speak to this issue and <br />answer any questions the public may have. <br />Council Action Requested: There is no Council action <br />requested other than holding the public hearing. <br />
