AGENDA ITEM #5 <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Date: June 19, 2007 <br /> Subiect: Storm Water Management Fee <br /> Report: At the July 18, 2006, Council meeting the City <br /> Engineer met with the Council in a work session to discuss <br /> the possibility of implementing the storm drainage utility <br /> fee to all property owners in Pequot Lakes including those <br /> in the old "Sibley" Township. The Council discussed the <br /> issue and requested the City Engineer to provide more <br /> information regarding the method of assessment. <br /> Tim Houle and Mike Rude, the City Engineers will be <br /> present to discuss this issue once again with the Council. <br /> Council Action Requested: The Council will be requested <br /> to decide whether to implement the storm water <br /> management fee to all property owners in the City. The <br /> Council will also be requested to decide if the present <br /> manner of assessing the storm water fee is appropriate. <br />
