Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A.November Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> I. Dale Schulz, 27248 W. Twin Lake Dr., for an addition. <br /> 2. John& Georgia Maguire, 5989 Jack Pine Road, for an addition. <br /> 3. Dale Schulz, 27248 W. Twin Lake Dr., for an addition. <br /> 4. Wells Fargo, 4284 Main St., for a sign. <br /> 5. Noelle Anderson, 31348 Front St., for an access street. <br /> *** Permit applications through October, 2008 are 97, compared with 115 for <br /> 2007, 111 for 2006, 144 for 2005 and 160 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. Dale Schulz,regarding a well. <br /> 2. Thomas Link, regarding setback requirements. <br /> 3. Jerome and Gloria Atwater,regarding removal of a vehicle from a field. <br /> 4. Dale Schulz, regarding authorized construction. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each <br /> month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. Darrell Lake—Staff notified realtor of yard maintenance agreement. <br /> (8/04) <br /> 2. James and Barbara Whitty— (6/04) <br /> 3. Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved <br /> violations on his parcel. (5105) <br /> 4. David Clark- The Police Chief has not received any complaints on the <br /> cats in the last 6 months. I will remove this from the violation list. (6/06) <br /> 5. Virgil Dahl—Staff and the Police Chief will continue to meet with Mr. <br /> Dahl until his exterior storage issues are resolved. (10/06) <br /> 6.
