ABSENT: None. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Charles Marohn, PE, AICP <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Dawn Bittner <br /> COUNCIL LIAISON: Craig Nagel <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Woog at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Chairman Woog opened the public hearings. <br /> APPLICANT: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Applicant requests Minor Ordinance Amendments and Updating of New State <br /> Statutes <br /> `., Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. The major legislative change affected <br /> nonconforming lots. <br /> Public Comment: None. <br /> Mr. Williams clarified which amendments were due to state law changes and which were <br /> staff induced. Staff was asked to identify where the lots are located for 4.3 (3). <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by Tom Adams,to recommend the <br /> following amendments: <br /> Section 17-4.3USE OF PRE-EXISTING LOTS. <br /> 1.
