March 3rd, Jay Kiline,30208 Lilac Drive for a sign. <br /> 2. March 3rd, Charles Healy,28531 Hurtig Road for a garage. <br /> 3. March 1 lth,Teryl Hamm, 6012 Inland Trails Road for a porch and deck. <br /> 4. March 26th,DC Construction,Rickard Road for a new home and garage. <br /> ***Permit applications through March, 2008 are 15,compared with 15 for 2007, <br /> 20 for 2006,20 for 2005 and 22 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. March 14th, letter to Tower Real Estate regarding potential ordinance <br /> violation. <br /> _ 2. March 17th, letter to David Bretz regarding certificate of survey. <br /> 3. March 24th, letter to Scott Smith regarding denial of conditional use permit. <br /> 4. March 25th, letter to Tower Real Estate regarding potential ordinance <br /> _ violation. <br /> 5. March 25th, letter to Close-Converse regarding potential ordinance violation. <br /> 6. April lst, letter to Wilderness Resort Villas,LLC regarding conditional use <br /> request. <br /> 7. April 2nd, letter to Jim Byrne regarding canceling and rescheduling meeting <br /> regarding demolition and reconstruction. <br /> 8. April 2n , letter to Dawn Bittner from James MacGibbon regarding non <br /> compliance of sewage treatment system. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each <br /> month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant SSTS. Current owners acknowledge <br /> SSTS is not compliant and plan to bring into compliance. (Inherited from <br /> Sibley Township) <br /> 2. Cathi McBryde: (Inherited from Sibley Township). <br /> 3. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township). <br /> 4.
