The subject <br /> property is approximately 3.6 acres and zoned Rural Residential. The proposed retail <br /> store would sell decorative items, clocks, rugs, picture frames,books etc. The retail store <br /> would run in conjunction with the property owner's website,www.fishy_gifts.com. <br /> Besides signage that would be produced at the property, all of the items being sold at the <br /> proposed business would be manufactured off-site. All parts of the business operations <br /> will take place inside of a single car garage, attached to the primary dwelling. The <br /> proposed hours of operation for the business are io A.M.-6 P.M., Wednesday-Saturday. <br /> The proposed business will operate year-round. <br /> Besides operating the gift shop at the property, the applicant is also proposing to <br /> construct and sell signs. The signs are made of a vinyl material and would be produced <br /> on a "per order" basis. The only person working at the proposed business <br /> would be the property owner; there will be no additional employees.
