The preliminary plat approval was <br /> granted by the City in August 2010. <br /> The subject property is zoned Waterfront Commercial and Open Space. The proposed <br /> subdivision will create a total of 6o commercial shoreline dwelling units (from 45 units <br /> approved in the original plat) plus 46 lots dedicated for accessory structure, one outlot <br /> and one common remnant lot. None of the proposed lots will require a variance for <br /> development based on the conditions of the PUD approval. <br /> The proposed subdivision will be accessed from a public roadway.
