Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. May Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Jake Soukup, 31093 North Washington Avenue, for a deck and shelter; <br /> 2. Gibbons Construction, White Spruce Lane, for a new dwelling and garage; <br /> 3. American National Bank, 31279 Brunes Street,to replace time/temperature sign; <br /> 4. Leroy Signs, Inc., 30503 State Highway 371, for signs on gas canopy; <br /> 5. Mary Hammer, 29474 State Highway 371, for a sign; <br /> 6. Jann Blesener, 27252 West Twin Lake Drive, for an addition; <br /> *** Permit applications through May, 2011 are 24, compared with 30 for 2010, 19 for <br /> 2009, 41 for 2008, 45 for 2007, 51 for 2006, 69 for 2005 and 60 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. May 16 letter from Loretta Joy Hillier regarding Lloyd Wass construction; <br /> 2. May 18 letter to Lonesome Real Estate LLC regarding SSTS compliance <br /> �. inspection; <br /> 3. June 1 letter to Roy Hamari Sculpture regarding signs; <br /> 4. June 6 email from Ken Larson to JM Oil regarding flowers in the ROW; <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Thomas Tulenchik—Mr. Tulenchik has been advised of the unresolved violations <br /> on his parcel. (5105) <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (10/06) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading. Mr. Peterson has been fined by the MPCA <br /> and the MPCA is monitoring restoration. (7/08) <br /> ➢ Thomas and Janice Link—Constructed garage in side yard setback.
