Agenda Item:7(c) <br /> Background Information and Discussion: The City has received numerous <br /> complaints regarding the lack of lawn maintenance in various areas of the City. Many of <br /> the reported areas are within the road right-of-ways of City, County and MN/Dot roads. <br /> City staff has also recently noticed the lack of lawn maintenance in the vacant lots of the <br /> Industrial Park, three of which are privately owned and one is which is owned by the <br /> City. <br /> Staff would like direction as to how to handle these matters.
