Tim Hessburg, 31434 Lakeside Avenue, for shoreline alteration; <br /> 2. Lonesome Cottage Furniture, 4772 Morehouse Drive, for a sign; <br /> 3. Ben Wolthuizen, 3641 Krist Court, for a deck. <br /> *** Permit applications through July, 2011 are 32, compared with 42 for 2010, 37 for <br /> 2009, 63 for 2008, 78 for 2007, 73 for 2006, 98 for 2005 and 84 for 2004! <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. July 13 to Ben Krueger Post#49 regarding natural garden; <br /> 2. July 15 letter to Roberta Luchka regarding exterior storage; <br /> 3. July 19 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas regarding Final Plat approval; <br /> 4. July 19 letter to CLA Properties regarding banner sign; <br /> 5. July 22 letter to Dale and Ione Olson regarding shoreline alteration; <br /> 6. July 28 letter to Lonesome Real Estate regarding"Carver" sign; <br /> 7. July 28 letter to Ed Marsolek, MN Heritage House,regarding CUP approval; <br /> 8. August 4 letter to Heather Becker, County Land Services,regarding tax forfeit <br /> lots; <br /> 9. August 9 letter to Wilderness Resort Villas regarding beach restoration; <br /> 10. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions.
