i <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION #15-23 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NEW CITY CLERK/TREASURER TO <br /> SIGN CHECKS AND BANKING DOCUMENTS <br /> ,I <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council requires two signatures on all <br /> checks and bank transactions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby removes Sandra A. Peine as an authorized <br /> signer on all checks and banking documents from the American <br /> National Bank, First National Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank effective <br /> September 26, 2015. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Pequot Lakes City Council, <br /> County of Crow Wing, Minnesota, that David Sjoblad as Mayor of <br /> the City of Pequot Lakes, and Nancy Malecha as City <br /> Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Pequot Lakes are authorized to sign <br /> checks and bank documents at American National Bank, First <br /> National Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank effective September 26, <br /> 2015. <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 1St day of September, 2015. <br /> David Sjoblad <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
