Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. December Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month <br /> by the Zoning Department: <br /> 1. There were no Land Use Permits issued in December. <br /> *** Permit applications through December, 2011 are 57, compared with 60 for 2010, <br /> 70 for 2009, 99 for 2008, 116 for 2007, 119 for 2006, 152 for 2005 and 161 for 2004! <br /> 2011 Permits: <br /> CUP-6 <br /> Land Use—26 <br /> New Home—6 <br /> Sign— 13 <br /> Ordinance Amendment— 1 <br /> Metes & Bounds Subdivision—3 <br /> Variance—2 <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since the last <br /> meeting: <br /> 1. December 15 Memo to Mayor, City Council and Planning Commission from City <br /> Planner Marohn regarding Comprehensive Plan and Community Assets; <br /> 2. December 22 letter to David Koblas returning Land Use Permit; <br /> 3. December 27 letter to Pamela Benson and Wayne Fjerstad regarding Variance <br /> request; <br /> 4. December 29 letter to Stacy Hill, Signspot,regarding CUP approval for Mid- <br /> Minnesota Federal Credit Union; <br /> 5. December 29 letter to William and Linda Minim regarding clearing within City <br /> ROW; <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is <br /> currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will <br /> report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl—This matter has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (10/06) <br /> ➢ Peterson, Gary—Extensive grading.
