COMMUNITY Gry Of <br /> cwnow'TH Pequo <br /> INSTITUTE IA6s <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> Application: Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> Applicant: Ronald Schaefer and Tom Saatzer <br /> Agenda Item:7(b) <br /> Background Information: The applicants are requesting a metes and bounds <br /> subdivision for the properties located at 3618 County Road 168 (Schaefer) 6368 North <br /> Sluetter Road(Saatzer). <br /> The "Schaeffer Tract" is considered a non-conforming parcel because it is 3 acres in size <br /> while 5 acres are required in the Rural Residential Zone. The property contains a single <br /> family dwelling and an Individual Sewage Treatment System, both of which are <br /> conforming. The subject property also contains a 36' x 56' pole building partially <br /> encroaching the property line and an approximately 20' x 2o' accessory structure, 1o' x <br /> 16' accessory structure and approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of bituminous/gravel parking <br /> area completely encroaching the adjacent property. <br /> The "Saatzer Tract" is 5.o1 acres in size and is also in the Rural Residential Zone.
