This vehicle will be used universally for all calls. We have <br /> been pricing new vehicles; the bids are coming in between $112,000 and $125,000. <br /> We have found a used Minipumper that is everything we have been looking for. <br /> 2004 Ford F550 Superduty 4x4 <br /> This truck comes with the utility box we need—this item alone is approximately $75,000 new(see spec. sheet <br /> attached for full listing). They are asking $80,000, we have offered them $75,000 and they accepted. <br /> I have talked with our liaison and with the Sandy& Nancy about this purchase. We have the funds available to <br /> purchase this truck out of our reserve account(while keeping a positive balance)—see attached balance sheet <br /> that Nancy put together. <br /> The truck is located in Indiana. <br /> Action requested: <br /> 1. Waive the 2 bid minimum for this purchase(we have received bids for new—attached, trying to find an <br /> identical truck that is used will be impossible). <br /> 2.
