The City of Pequot Lakes <br /> will contract with NJPA for planning and zoning services at <br /> approximately 300 hours per year at $50 per hour. Justin <br /> Burslie has been hired by NJPA and will be the City's <br /> planner. <br /> The contract will not limit the City to 300 hours. The <br /> Planner will be available for special or specific projects if <br /> needed by the City. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion approving the <br /> attached Service Agreement for Planning and Zoning <br /> Services with NJPA. <br />
