The attached contract is for <br /> the City of Breezy Point. The contracts for the other entities <br /> that we serve will contain the same language as the Breezy <br /> Point contract. There were no substantial changes other <br /> than contract language. The contract was also reviewed by <br /> the City's insurance agent and the League of Minnesota <br /> Cities Insurance Trust. <br /> Tom Nelson, Nancy Malecha and I are recommending that <br /> the Council approve the contract language. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion approving the <br /> revised "Contract for Fire Services." <br />
