Keith Knutson, 30716 Pequot Blvd.,for a garage; <br /> 4. Minnesota Power,4733 Akerson Road,for a building addition; <br /> 5. Minnesota Power,for a Right-of-Way Permit to bore under West Twin Lake <br /> Drive; <br /> 6. Andrew and Amanda Akerson,xxxx Akerson Road,for a new home and <br /> garage; <br /> 7. Theodore Zierden, 3793 Mayo Lake Lane,for an After-the-Fact Grading <br /> Permit; <br /> 8. Robert Dopplehammer, 3578 West Mayo Lane,for an addition; <br /> 9. Andrew and Erin Hunter,xxxx Wilderness Road,for camping. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. August 16 letter to David Dahlquist regarding Metes and Bounds <br /> Subdivision; <br /> 4. August 29 letter to Robby and Holly Eckhoff regarding Notice of Non- <br /> compliance of septic system. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance <br /> in 2017. The Prosecuting Attorney settled the case without resolution. <br /> (6/16) <br /> > Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Abandoned Vehicles. (4/20) <br /> • Lloyd&Darleen McAninch— Exterior Storage. Staff has contacted <br /> individual occupying parcel. Numerous items have been removed.
