CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> �'" RESOLUTION 19-41 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br /> NORTH SLUETTER ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve North Sluetter Road and to assess the benefitted <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PEQUOT <br /> LAKES, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Widseth Smith <br /> Nolting and they are hereby instructed to report to the City Council, with all convenient <br /> speed, in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, <br /> cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br /> connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual <br /> assessments for affected parcels. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 3�d day of December, 2019. <br /> �. �— <br /> Ja es Tayloe <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> ,/I a��„- `�/�'������/ <br /> Nancy Malecha <br /> City Administrator <br /> � <br />
