CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> �' RESOLUTION 19-29 <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES � POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council has the authority to adopt and amend <br /> procedures and policies regarding special assessments for local improvements, <br /> in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pequot Lakes City Council has determined that there is a need <br /> for an amended special assessment procedures and policy to serve as a guide <br /> for a consistent assessment process. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PEQUOT <br /> LAKES, MINNESOTA that the amended City of Pequot Lakes Assessment <br /> Procedures & Policy dated November 5, 2019 attached hereto is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Assessment Procedures & Policy shall <br /> apply to the City of Pequot Lakes and shall supersede all other procedures and <br /> policies previously adopted. <br /> �-- Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 5th day of <br /> November, 2019. <br /> � '�--,��-,.- <br /> Jaqles Tayloe <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> � � ��� <br /> Nancy Ma echa <br /> City Administrator <br /> �. <br />
