<br />  			Conditional  Use  Permit  for  a  planned unit  development  and  corresponding
<br />  			Preliminary Plat of "The  Range".   The proposed development consists of 15
<br />  			single-family   residential   building   sites   and   one   commonly   owned   lot
<br />  			(greenspace).
