AGENDA ITEM #10.6 <br /> city of <br /> Pequat <br /> Lakes= _ <br /> REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL <br /> Report Prepared by: Nancy Malecha <br /> Date: February 5, 2019 <br /> Subi ect: 2019 Proj ect Priorities <br /> Report: The following is my list of 2019 Project Priorities for the <br /> Administration Department for Council consideration. <br /> • Fill City Clerk/Treasurer position & perform required training. <br /> • I.T. upgrades—backup system andlor exchange mail server. <br /> • City website improvements. <br /> • Work with the Public Works Director on Roads Improvement Plan. <br /> • Work with the Public Works Director on Buildings Improvement Plan. <br /> • Research on creating a community smart room at City Hall for public use. <br /> • Work with the HRA on housing redevelopment plan & grant. <br /> • Update City's drug & alcohol policy. <br /> • Complete Giant Worldwide Leadership Academy through Sourcewell. <br /> • Create vision and mission sta.tements for the City. <br /> • Create & update franchise ordinances for utility companies. <br /> • Initiative marketing outreach for the Heart of the Good Life Development. <br /> • Participate in the MN GreenStep Cities Program—Attached is information <br /> on what this Program entails. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council consensus to proceed with the 2019 Project <br /> Priorities for the Administration Department as presented. <br />
