I am recommending that the City Council meet on Tuesday, <br /> January 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. to conduct their regular meeting. <br /> Last year, the City Council scheduled a Special City Council Meeting in January to <br /> discuss project priorities for the year. City department heads and <br /> board/commission chairs attended and provided information for the City's 2018 <br /> Work Plan, which is attached. I am recommending the City Council call this <br /> Special Meeting for Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Council Action Requested: <br /> A. Council motion changing the January 2019 Regular City Council Meeting to <br /> January 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. due to the New Year's Day holiday. <br /> B. Council motion calling a Special City Council Meeting for January 22, 2019 <br /> at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of defining the City's 2019 Work Plan. <br />
